LitSmart E-Discovery is a division in the B2B law firm Kilpatrick Townsend, and provides their clients with e-discovery focused consultations, data analysis, and resources. I worked on the implementation of strategy through high fidelity mocks and presented them to our client, planned the UI and animation elements, and saw through all of the responsive design strategy.

LitSmart E-Discovery is a division in the B2B law firm Kilpatrick Townsend, and provides their clients with e-discovery focused consultations, data analysis, and resources.

The team at Alloy Magnetic, including myself, worked with Kilpatrick Townsend’s internal e-discovery team to position the group as the cutting-edge leaders in worldwide e-discovery cases. The user experience strategy was executed by a member of my team. I was tasked with working with him to implement that strategy. I delivered high fidelity mocks and presented them to our client, planned the UI and animation elements, and saw through all of the responsive design strategy. After approval, I was responsible for working with our dev to communicate these designs and bring the site to life.

Since e-discovery is a relatively new part of legal processes, one important feature of the Kilpatrick Townsend LitSmart E-Discovery site was the design of informative graphics and animations. I worked with a strategist to implement their vision of this process with a compelling design. From here, I worked with my developer team to make these concepts come to life.

Navigation is Brand

Navigation is Brand

As mentioned, I was responsible for translating all of our design elements to mobile. For marketing website mobile designs, I reveal high-level pages and remove the need for a hamburger navigation. While hamburger navigations can be helpful for users in certain circumstances, in marketing sites such as this it is important to give users clear direction. A brand is not just a logo, a brand is your focus and your strategy.
